POLITICAL CAREER
Donigan was first elected in 1997 as a City Commissioner and is now serving her second term in the Michigan House. She was appointed by Governor Granholm to the Domestic Violence Prevention and Treatment Board, and is a working member of the state’s Emerald Ash Borer Restoration Committee.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Rep. Donigan worked as a Landscape Architect in private practice for several years before joining the City of Farmington Hills Department of Planning and Community Development, where she has worked for 15 years.

EDUCATION
She earned her BA from Western Michigan University and her Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.

PERSONAL
Donigan is married to Kevin McLogan, current Royal Oak School Board President.

CIVIC ACTIVITIES
From 2000 to 2003, Donigan co-chaired the Royal Oak Area Democratic Club. Ms. Donigan also belongs to St. John's Episcopal church.
