Description

Modify wholesale rate for motor fuel.

Amending Language

Amends 2000 PA 403 by amending sections 2, 3, 6, and 8 (MCL 207.1002, 207.1003, 207.1006, and 207.1008), section 2 as amended by 2002 PA 668, section 3 as amended by 2006 PA 277, and section 8 as amended by 2006 PA 268.
