Description

Prohibit insurer or health maintenance organization requiring physicians to hold certain certifications before paying or reimbursing claims unless specifically required for licensure.

Amending Language

Amends 1956 PA 218 (MCL 500.100 to 500.8302) by adding section 2212d.
