Description

Eliminate sunset allowing a retirant to be employed at a reporting unit under certain conditions without forfeiting retirement allowance or health care coverage.

Amending Language

Amends 1980 PA 300 by amending section 61 (MCL 38.1361), as amended by 2015 PA 219.
