Description

Allow revocation of municipalities election to participate in the retirement system and make act subject to the protecting local government retirement and benefits act.

Amending Language

Amends 1984 PA 427, by amending section 36 (MCL 38.1536), as amended by 2004 PA 490, and by adding section 41a.
