Description

Make retirement health benefits under a retirement system established by a county board of commissioners subject to the protecting local government retirement and benefits act.

Amending Language

Amends 1851 PA 156, by amending sections 12a, 12d, and 12e (MCL 46.12a, 46.12d, and 46.12e), section 12a as amended by 2003 PA 219.
