Modifies age of juvenile court jurisdiction and location of juvenile detention in some instances.
Amending LanguageAmends 1939 PA 288 by amending sections 1, 3, and 11 of chapter XIIA (MCL 712A.1, 712A.3, and 712A.11), section 1 as amended by 2016 PA 496, section 3 as amended by 1996 PA 409, and section 11 as amended by 2016 PA 185.
