Description
Enacts sentencing guidelines for the crime of intentionally failing to document certain services in a medical record and performing certain medical treatments on a minor without consent and another individual present. TIE BAR WITH HB 4370, SB 0217
Amending LanguageAmends 1927 PA 175 by amending section 13n of chapter XVII (MCL 777.13n), as amended by 2018 PA 583.
