Description

Removes sentencing guidelines for crimes of possession of a trailer designed for defense or attack to reflect repeal. TIE BAR WITH HB 4712

Amending Language

Amends 1927 PA 175 by amending section 16u of chapter XVII (MCL 777.16u), as amended by 2000 PA 279.
