Levies and earmarks tax on ammunitions sales.

Amending Language

Provides for the levy, collection and administration of an excise tax on the privilege of selling ammunition in this state; to provide for the disposition of the proceeds of the excise tax; to prescribe the powers and duties of certain state departments; and to provide for certain exemptions.
