Establishes transit police officers working for a metropolitan transportation authority under the urban cooperation act of 1967 as law enforcement officers under the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards Act.

Amending Language

Amends 1965 PA 203 by amending section 2 (MCL 28.602), as amended by 2016 PA 289.
