Description
Revises voting age at primary election to 17 under certain circumstances.
Amending LanguageA joint resolution proposing an amendment to the state constitution of 1963, by amending section 1 of article II, to provide that at a primary election a citizen who will be 18 years of age on or before the date of the next November election and who is otherwise qualified to vote may vote at that primary election.
