Callton, Mike (R)State Representative District 87
Rep. Callton is a former Barry County Commissioner, school board member and city official. Callton won the August 2010 primary in the 87th House District by defeating two other Republicans by about 3,000 votes. He went on defeat Democrat Greg Grieves in his 60 percent Republican seat. He's won re-election in 2012 and 2014 in non-competitive elections.
Rep. Callton is the owner of Nashville Chiropractic Center, and he served in the U.S. Army from 1982 to 1985.

Rep. Callton earned a biology degree from Michigan State University in 1981, and his Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine from the National University of Health Sciences in 1989.
Representative Callton is married to Shelly, and has two adult sons, Cody and Dan.
He served six years as a Barry County commissioner. He also served as a member of the Nashville Village Council and the Maple Valley Board of Education.
