State Rep. Frank Foster was elected to his first term in the Michigan House in 2010 to represent residents of Chippewa, Emmet and Mackinac counties, and Koehler and Tuscarora townships in Cheboygan County.


Foster is the business manager for his family's construction company.


Foster graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in business and finance.
