POLITICAL CAREER

Rep. Yousef Rabhi was elected to his first term as state representative in November 2016. During his senior year of college he ran for the County Board of Commissioners and won. He was re-elected for three terms.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Prior to his election to state office, he worked for the University of Michigan as the Volunteer Coordinator at Matthaei Botanical Gardens and Nichols Arboretum.

EDUCATION

He attended Ann Arbor Public Schools, including Northside, Bach Open, Clague and Huron high schools. After graduating, he attended the University of Michigan where he earned a degree in environmental science with a specialization in urban planning and ecosystem management.
