Rep. Berman was first elected to the House on Nov. 6, 2018 when he won 54.1 percent of the general election vote against Democrat Jennifer SUIDAN.

Berman came out on top of a four person GOP primary field in August with 41.3 percent of the vote.


He is an attorney with a general practice inn Bloomfield Hills. He is also a reserve police officer and previously served as a reserve deputy with the Oakland County Sheriff\'s Office.
