POLITICAL CAREER
Rep. Schroeder was first elected to the House on Nov. 6, 2018 when she defeated Democrat Nicole BREADON with 56 percent of the vote.
Schroeder came out on top of the August GOP primary field of three candidates by winning 44 percent of the vote.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Schroeder is a former teacher who currently runs a successful consulting business.

EDUCATION
She attended Farmington Public Schools. She earned a Bachelor of Science in child studies/early childhood education from Miami University and did graduate coursework in education at Wheelock College in Boston.

She and her husband, Mark, have three chidlren.
