Breen, Kelly A. (D)State Representative District 38
Rep. Kelly Breen was first elected as a state representative in Nov. 2020.
In 2018, she lost the 38th House district by 588 votes to the incumbent.
Breen is an attorney and was a member of the Novi City Council.

She received her law degree from Wayne State University and her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
Breen is a member of the Michigan Association for Justice, League of Women Voters, Novi Parks Foundation, Michigan Moms Demand Action and the Sandy Hook Promise. She and her husband have two children.
